We’re excited to announce a new series of brunches aimed at highlighting our brewers and better connecting to them to our community of craft beer lovers and friends. Each brunch will be built with input from an individual brewer, including everything from food and beer choices to menu design, music and decor. The brewer will also attend the brunch, and speak about their work and experiences.
The first in our A Brewer’s Brunch series will take place November 13th at 10:30am and highlight brewer Tina Spurr. Tina has worked as a brewer full-time for 2.5 years, after a few years spent brewing part-time. She has brewed at Indeed for the last year and a half. In addition to working on our line up of flagship, seasonal and specialty beers, Tina also assists in the production of our Wooden Soul series of sour, wild and barrel-aged beers.
Our delicious full-service brunch will be catered by the amazing Chowgirls Killer Catering, and feature 5-courses with 10oz beer pairings. Grab your tickets soon, as seats are limited. You can purchase tickets for $55/person at the bar in our taproom or online. Let’s get this party started – it’s brunch time!
